COPD

Luscii provides the tools for patient and professional to keep an eye on the recovery while checking vital signs and symptoms to signal deteriorations and intervene timely in case of need.

What is the aim of the program?
  • Fewer outpatient clinic visits
  • Better lifestyle management
  • Serve the growing number of patients with the same number of nurses
How does it work?

Patients with COPD will be enrolled in this program designed specifically for their condition. As part of this program, patients will be asked to answer questions about their symptoms and complete a validated questionnaire such as the CCQ or CAT questionnaire. Additionally, vital signs like oxygen saturation and weight will be measured. The frequency of monitoring will be determined based on the severity of the disease, but typically patients are monitored on a weekly basis.

The COPD program also includes educational lessons that cover a wide range of topics including inhalation medication, coping with the diagnosis of COPD, and staying active. Automated messages are sent to patients to provide coaching and motivation, and patients can reach out to their medical team if they have any concerns or uncertainties.

Overall, the COPD program aims to provide comprehensive support to patients with COPD, helping them to better manage their condition and improve their quality of life.
