Atrial fibrillation (AFib) screening

Luscii provides the tools for patient and professional to keep an eye on the recovery while checking vital signs and symptoms to signal deteriorations and intervene timely in case of need.

What is the aim of the program?
  • Reduced number of cardiac events and fatalities because of early AF detection
  • Reduced overall healthcare costs
  • Serve the growing number of patients with the same number of nurses
  • Greater peace of mind for patients
How does it work?

Patient who have a high risk CHA2DS2-VASc-score will be enrolled in this program. It will help detect common symptoms of AFib, using a screening protocol from Happitech. If abnormalities are found, the cardiology unit will be notified to prescribe a full ECG recording. This program also provides educational lessons and associated automated messages to raise awareness of early detection.
