MENOPAUSE
Menopause
Luscii provides the tools for patient and professional to keep an eye on the recovery while checking vital signs and symptoms to signal deteriorations and intervene timely in case of need.
What is the aim of the program?
- Fewer outpatient clinic visits
- Start monitoring after referral for high quality first consultation
- Better lifestyle management
- Serve the growing number of patients with the same number of nurses
How does it work?
A menopause outpatient clinic offers specialized expertise and often receives referrals for women with significant concerns. However, due to its popularity, there is typically a waiting period of approximately three to five months. To support patients during this waiting period, this program is available. The program provides interactive education and coaching to assist with daily life, as well as helps with patient triage. The app directs patients to validated questionnaires for sleep, sex, heart, or psychological concerns to help prioritize their needs. For those experiencing more severe symptoms, monitored alerts can trigger priority appointments.
