Post-CVA

Luscii provides the tools for patient and professional to keep an eye on the recovery while checking vital signs and symptoms to signal deteriorations and intervene timely in case of need.

What is the aim of the program?
  • Patients understanding the consequences of a CVA
  • Working towards positive health in the patients' home environment
  • Fewer outpatient clinic visits
  • Better lifestyle management
How does it work?

The program is used in the first 12 weeks after discharge from the hospital. It is developed to give patients more control over the consequences of the CVA and help them work on positive health in the home environment. It combines patient education and monitoring, encourages self-management, and is deployed in the CVA chain. The program provides 24/7 access to care at home, bridging time and distance barriers. In addition, the program can reduce the time caregivers spend with patients and, as a result, reduce healthcare costs.
